Suggest Remedy For Sleeplessness

I have brain damage caused by antipsychotic medication (among others) and as a result have severe anhedonia, sexual dysfunction, and other side effects. But the worst is that I have totally lost the inability to sleep for many months. Is there anything I can do to make my ability to sleep return?

hello
welcome to HCM
from your history is seems to me that you are in a phase of dysthymia due to prolonged antipsychotic use.
i shall advise you to take tablet fluoxetine 20mg orally daily.
and tablet alprazolam .5 odhs.
you should consult a psychiatrist too.
hope this is useful.
regards.
