Suggest Remedy For Soft, Sticky Stools With Abdominal Pain And Gas
for the last month I have been having soft glue like sticky stools normally I am constipated but now \I go 2-3 times a day and there is slight abdominal pain and bad gas. Hi thanks for asking question. Here stickiness in stool might be because of fat in poop.suggesting steatorrhea. Sometime gluten sensitivity may lead to such symptoms for that gluten avoided in diet. Better you do your USG abdomen and stool routine microscopic examination to search for possible etiology. Here is some helpful suggestion for you .. As you are taking continue with more fruits and vegetables. Drink more water like 3 to 4 litre for enhancing digestion. Regular exercise has to be done. Don't overuse laxative. Avoid stress and don't take much spicy food. If still constipation present then over the counter laxative helpful like liquid paraffin. I hope this will surely help you. Thanks
