Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat,swollen Ear Lobe And Tender Eruptions Behind Ear

Hello Dr.Last Thursday, 6 days ago, I noticed some tenderness behind the right side of my jaw. By Saturday that initial tenderness had manifested into a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck, a swollen right ear lobe, sore throat, and tender eruptions behind my ear that looked like pimples. I was given antibiotics for the lymph node Monday and it has since gone down, however the sore throat, ear lobe and tender eruptions remain. The right side of my neck is also sore where the swollen lymph node used to be. What could this be?

As you have sore throat , swollen ear lobe and tender eruption behind ear , this may be bacterial infection or may be local pus collection or fluid collection etc.
I suggest to get consult with a good ENT ( ear , nose , throat) surgeon for this.
