Suggest Remedy For Stomach Flu And Nausea

I've had stomach flu symptoms for over a week - it actually got worse a few days ago and all ive been able to do is drink ginger ale - no food - constantly nauseated - and also there's a pounding in my stomach - is this typical? I feel a lot better - but once in a while still nauseated

I see nothing much to worry. It seems like a mild gastritis. I advise you to take antacids, pantaprazole and avoid junk food, oily and spicy food. Drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated. If pain meftal spas like anti-spasmodic will be beneficial. If pain persists for longer duration then get proper evaluation done.
