Suggest Remedy For Stomach Problem,black Bm,fatigue And Headache

46 YO F. Have been feeling ill, had a bm and it is black..have bad headache, feeling sick to my stomach. Last week had some real bad left side pain from rib down to pelvic bone, feeling fatigued and faint a timesI have had mesh implant and erosion already.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 46 year old female having feeling ill, black stools, headache, feeling sick to the stomach, pain from left side of ribs to pelvic bone last week, fainting, have had mesh implant and erosion already.
All your history is self explanatory.
The eroded mesh might be causing bleeding in the intestinal tract causing the black stool, anemia which in turn causing the fainting and other symptoms.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool to confirm bleeding in the intestinal tract.
Upper GI Endoscopy, colonoscopy to see for possible source of bleeding.
Capsule endoscopy of the endoscopies are normal.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen.
To get the proper diagnosis and to have proper medical and surgical management as required.
