Suggest Remedy For Swelling And Itching In The Area From Anus To Center Of Legs
I have some swelling / (lump) with little burn pain between 1 inch from the anus to almost center of the legs toward the scrotom . I never had this before.it does not hurt when I lay down or setting in a chair or soaking in tub.my age is 62,hight is 5 6 ,weight is 180# ,slinder build.
* As per my surgical experience, the swelling and itching in the area from anus surrounding indicates fissure development most likely. Kindly follow further guidelines as below
- avoid constipation with plenty of liquids, high fiber diet, bulk-forming laxative as Ispaghula husk or Psyllium
- sitz bath regularly
- local application of analgesic ointment as xylocaine or diltiazem (2%) for fissure healing
- utmost diet care to avoid spices, non-veg, junk foods
- avoid smoking if applicable
- cetirizine for itching relief
- discuss the need for antibiotics with your treating doc after clinical examination.
