Noted your history of removal of one testicle for cancer a year ago, you are very young at 22 years and now have pain in the left testicle, lower abdomen and inner thigh. Also there is increased farting.
The farting with lower
abdominal pain can be due to entero-colitis. a Course of an antibiotic,
metronidazole,
probiotic can cure this problems.
The most import is the pain in the remaining testicle. Since you are young, 22, the work of the testicle is at its height as a normal physiological phenomenon.
The compensatory hypertrophy of the single testicle can cause the pain in the scrotum, and the lower abdomen and upper thigh can be due to it or pulling or pinching of some nerve.
I hope you have undergone all the further treatment for
testicular cancer.
I would advise you to have color doppler and
ultrasonography of the abdomen and the scrotum.
Tests of blood and urine are important.
This will give the probable diagnosis and possible plan of treatment.
