Suggest Remedy For Thick Jelly Like Discharge From Anus

Hiya my daughter has a problem, when she poos her line between her vagina and bum splits and when she goes she s always scratching at it? She is very frightened of doctors esspecailly when we take her and we can t get her to Get her trousers down for the doctor to look at her, it s weeps white see throw like jelly? Thank you

Hi,

I feel she has some lesion like crack / little abscess at anus due to stressful dedication (painful and hard stools, constipation). Try giving her stool softener in case she has constipation (like Cremaffin in dose to match her she and severity of symptoms). A glycerine suppository / Proctosedyl cream locally can be inserted in anus. Diet rich in fibers and water would help. Please explain how important examination by a doctor. She may cooperate once the symptoms are lessened. Take her to anorectal surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment.
