Suggest Remedy For Throat Infection

Hi,I have a throat infection.particularly when i neel down I am getting more pain in my throat area.. I am in Bangalore.Let me know what type of medicine i can take..is it advised to take Roxithromycin 300Mg twice per day.I am 33 years old REgards Khater ali

warm saline gargles are better.mix hot water and salt and use this for gargling..do it 5 to 6 times a day..if its not relieved by 3 days after this use azithromycin 20mg three times a day.
