Suggest Remedy For Tingly Hands, Painful Fingers And Sharp Pain In Shoulders
Hi my hands are numb & tingly most of the day&worst @ night.pain in my fingers right worse than left. most of my lower back and joints acke most days. this has bin happening for about 2-3 months.also sharp pains in both shoulders when working over head. thanks George
There can be various reasons for pain in the shoulder and numbness of hands. It can be due to cervical disc disease( neck-related problems) or neuritis ( inflammation of the nerves) or any kind of trauma to the related site.
Sometimes diabetes, thyroid-related problems, vitamin deficiency, or increased consumption of alcohol can cause such symptoms.
Even it can be related to stress, lack of sleep, or anemia also. So I feel first of all focus on your diet- take good balanced diet.
Maintain proper posture especially while sleeping or working. Have a good night's sleep. If still the symptoms persist then go for some investigations like complete blood count , FBS, TSH, vitamin b12, and Xray neck. This will help to know the exact cause.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Milinda Gupta
