Suggest Remedy For White Dots On The Penis Shaft

hi i am sri,from chennai from my childhood onwards i have lot of white dots some thing like ingrown hair on my penis shaft,after 14 i have hairgrowth all over the body and some white spots become hair on my penis i got some pimple like a thing i squeezed out i got scar as well,but still i have the white dots as it is will it affect my sexual life?i am 29 un married,no problem while masturbating but it is screwing me up like any thing for years, i never had a sexual relationship with a woman please advice
