Suggest Remedy Pain In Bones With Vit D Defficiency
Hi i was recently diagonosed with severe vit D defficiency with levels of 5.2 ng/ml and urine cal levels of 6.2.. I m not sure what the situation is but i experience pain in all my bones and especially in my back bone and pelvic bone.. The pain was better in a weeks time after the medication of d3 60k n gencal but after a day at work the pains imcreased back to normal . I m not sure what to do..

Hi Thanks for your query I Dr. Chugh Orthopaedic surgeon After going through your query, the cause of your suffering from deficiency of vitaminD and calcium,leading to osteomala. Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D (1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.Vitamin D is available in weekly dose pattern as well as injection, just talk to your local doctor. Take ibuprofen to reduce pain and do ice fomentation. Beside taking medicine you must physical exercise as allowed by your pain limit.It takes 6-8 weeks for improvement.
