Suggest Remedy To Clear Wax If Ear Canals Are Very Narrow

Hi, I have had ear problems since I was 5 (am 35 now!). Have low hearing in my right ear and had grommets 3 times which did not help. Have very narrow ear canals and so very big wax build up. I was discharged from the ENT clinic when I was around 17 as they said that there was nothing more that could be done. Anyone about 5 or 6 years ago I started to get pain whenever my ears got wet and had numerous infections and both ears have perforated ear drums. My Doctor said that both ears had severely impacted wax but that no irrigation could be carried out. I was then referred to the emergency ENT clinic where they said that microsuction would not work but tried to remove the wax with a big microscope and a metal instrument but this did not work. I was given oil to put into my ears and had to attend the clinic every week to get looked at. Unfortunately after around 8 weeks they said the wax was not softening and was so badly impacted that it was right on the eardrum both sides and would be very painful to remove if they could even get it out. They said there was nothing more they could do but if it got too bad I would need to go to my Doctor and get referred via a waiting list not as an emergency case. Anyway about 10 days ago I got some water in my ear and I noticed that it wasn t draining out just getting stuck in my ear and I could feel it in there but it couldn t seem to get past the wax. Anyway about 4 days ago I started to get a lot of pain from the ear and today I am in agony and the whole side of my cheek and ear as well as inside my ear is throbbing, painkillers seem not to have much of an effect. I am going to my doctor this evening but please tell me what can be done to clear the wax now if even the ENT specialists could do nothing.
