Suggest Remedy To Get Periods Naturally

Dr i got menarche at the age of 14,after that i dint menstruate naturally. I got menstruation only when Iam in HRT, otherwise not menstruating. My FSH is 6 and LH is 12.3. estrogen and progesterone levels are very low. my secondary sexual features are good to be female . please suggest some remedy.
