I was squatting in the weight room with what is light weight for me, (185, I can lift nearly 400). And on one of the reps I felt like i went down far too fast with the weight, I heard a popping noise and my knee has had a sort of tightness ever since. Now it is hard to jog or even squat without weight. The pain is in my left knee. What can I do to heal it?
