Suggest Remedy To Prevent Diarrhea After Eating Food Containing Fiber
Every time I eat anything that's high in fiber, the entire day I'm on the toilet, pooping my brains out (also farting). An example is GoLean Kashi cereal, which has about 9 g of fiber. If I eat even less than the serving size of 1 cup for breakfast, I am on the toilet nonstop after like 2 hours. This is why I've stopped eating the cereal, because I can't go to classes feeling gassy. Is there anything I can do to help this, or is my system just not made for high fiber foods? (I've been eating Kashi GoLean for the past 3 weeks to see if I could eventually build a resistance to the effects, but all to no avail).
