Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the anemia, poly cystic ovarian syndrome, or infection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
She may need to have M.R.I and other tests for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms hamatinics, protein supplements, and styptics when ever necessary.

Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
