Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, i am 48 years old man, have recently conduct a lipid profile test. Cholesterol is 182, HDL is 41, LDL is 121 and Triglycerides is 98. I feel high blood pressure and noise trough my ears also. What is your advise for me to reduce the blood pressure.
Your blood lipid profile, is within the normal ranges (Total cholesterol/HDL ratio 4.4), which means that there is no need to be treated, as there is no dyslipidemia.
Regarding your blood pressure values, I would like to know your actual values.
Some natural tips to help maintain a normal blood pressure naturally would be:
- reduce salt and caffeine intake - perform a lot of physical activity (walking, aerobics, etc.) - try to reduce your weight if you are overweight - avoid smoking contacts.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
