Suggest Remedy To Reduce Inflammation In Throat Cartilage
Hi, I m a 34 year old female and about a week a ago i was seen by a ENT doctor because of difficulty swallowing problems. When i look in the mirror to check my throat with a light i can see something white and hard at the back at my tongue so its location is in the frontal part of the throat ~ I was told is part of my throat cartilage and may be inflamated so that s why i can see part of it and it s causing me so much discomfort swallowing. I was told to do gargles with peroxyl and with vinegar mixed with honey....but the symptoms won t lessen and i feel like i m choking each time i m swallowing.......Is there anything that could help me with this uncomfortable problems ??
Causes of difficulty in swallowing are pharyngitis, tonsillitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, thyroiditis, trauma to throat, tumors etc.Examination of throat by ent specialist helps in narrowing the diagnoses and then treat according to the cause.Continue gargles, take acetaminophen for pain and consult your ENT doctor for expert management of the same.
