According to your weight and height, your Body mass Index is 33, which according to WHO BMI Classification falls under obesity. What you will do is that early in morning before breakfast take 1 glass luke warm water, add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar plus 1 tsp honey(optional). After taking this do your breakfast after 15 minutes. Its kind of detoxification and you will see the results in a month. Do this for a month.
