Suggest Remedy To Relieve Back Pain Due To Protrusion Of L5 S1 Disc
Hi my age is 33 yrs (male), height 172cm, weight 78 Kg. I am suffering from lower back pain due to mild posterocentral protrusion of L5S1 disc indenting on the thecal sac from last 3 months. Have taken many treatments. Also taken treatment from neurologists & have taken muscles relaxation medicines for about 21 days regularly. Also taken physiotherapy treatment continuously for 1.5 months. Got temporary relief. But pain occurs again & again.Doing exercises regularly as suggested by the physiotherapist. What should I do for permanent relief?
welcome to Health care magic. 1.Disc protrusion is the cause of your pain, depends on how badly (grade). 2.There are two ways to get rid of the pain, continuous exercises recommended and lying and sitting positions to be monitored - one way. 3.Other way is to get operated / interventional procedures. 4.So it's for you to decide what to do. 5.If iam in your position, i would keep in practice the first option. Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
