REspected Sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly. It`s due to inflammatory process in your subcutaneous tissue of the affected area. You have to follow certain steps :*keep the area clean with antiseptic soap or liquid like dettol or other *keep the area dry, avoid applying oils or massages as there is bruise*avoid excess weight lifting with that wrist* can take analgesic tablets morning and evening after meals for 2-3 days.Dear this will suffice you to be clear from the condition , if at all it persist or annoys then can consult your family doctor dear. thanks regards, hope this cleared your query. wishing you a fast and speedy recovery.bye
