I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I WOULD WEAN OFF METOPROLOL SUCC(TOPROL)ER TABS 50MG MY DOCTOR PUT ME ON THE ABOVE SCRIPT AND I AM A DIABETIC AND HAVE NODULES ON MY THYROID . I AM TAKING SYNTHROID AND METFORMIN PLUS HE HAS ME ON AMLODIPINE AS WELL. DON T KNOW WHY HE HAS ME ON METOPROLOL SUCC(TOPROL)ER. WILL YOU PLEASE HELP
