Suggest Safe Medicine For Asthma

Morning dr I am a woman age 42 I am asthmatic and it started may 2013 and it was the first time it attacks me. I can not move fast I can not carry heavy staff. What medicine that can help me. I have been using prednisone since last year till today now I am having funny sprains all over the body. What can I use without side effects.

You need to take inhalers without which you will not improve. A combination of steroid and a beta 2 agonist such as Formosone 250MDI you can take puffs regularly twice daily your symptoms will definitely improve. I suggest you to do breathing exercise early morning with 45 min walk
