Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband went into the hospital April 4, 2014 with congestive heart failure. April 26,2014 had a mild heart attack. April 29, 2014 his aortic valve replaced. A lot of complication arose and now on dialyses three times per week. Due to colon cancer in 2008 his white blood counts are always 1.7/ 2. & red blood counts 8.5/9.5, platelets are 65/42. His blood pressure continues to be low daily (top in 90 s and bottom in 50 s). How low before I call 911?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern for your husband and from the history given here I could say that your husband is having cardiac disease (valvular) renal disease and malignancy also, so this pathologies could be the reason of hypotension, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
