Hello dear
Understand your concern
Pregnancy should be confirmed by blood HCG level or by USG. Mifepristone plus misoprostol is used for early abortion of intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week. It should be used under medical surveillance of gynecologist. So first confirm intrauterine pregnancy by transvaginal USG scan. Dose, route and schedule is decided by gynecologist. Generally tablet 600 mg should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally after 48 our under supervision of gynecologist. Usg should be done at 14th day to confirm completeness of abortion. So consult the gynecologist to abort the pregnancy by mifepristone followed by misoprostol.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
