As far as exercise is concerned you can walk till -- befor you get tired .
You should do yoga pranayam - deep breathing -, Kapalbhati , Anulom Vilom , Bharamari , Omkar Nad .

By avoiding fried fast foods too much of salt ,sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol ,
smoking ,stress ,
constipation you can increase your immunity and hope for better future ahead .
