What kit would you suggest for someone who has just been diagnosed diabetic? Sugar levels have affected his eyesight and laser surgery is being performed tomorrow. Also, we are in Manitoba (Canada). Is there a charge for these systems OR are they provided free of charge to seniors? Thank you.
