Suggest Suitable Treatment For Headache & Migraine

I have at least one migraine each week. I have a prescription for the headaches when they get really bad. My headaches are usally really bad at night and the morning after a headache my nose is usally full of dried blood. I am starting to see spots or floaters in one eye. Is this something that I should be really concerned with or is all of this just part of migraines?
