Suggest Supplement For Weight Gain And For Controlling Hair Loss

hello doctor. i am soujanya. i am 30 years old, married since an year. i have so many health issues. 1 st that i am under weight, no matter what ever i eat it doesn't help me to gain weight :-( and 2 nd hair loss. its increasing day by day. i don't want to see myself bald. last week i got my check up done according to which i have hyper thyroid (27.4). started medication but i am worried if i have to be under medication life long. i heard that thyroid cant be cured.. is it true? please suggest me supplement for weight gain and for controlling hair loss.

Hi Soujanya. For weight gain and hair you should take a high protein and fat diet. I will suggest you add nuts like almonds, walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, sunflower and dry fruits like dates and raisins on daily basis. Along with this you should add egg, chicken, dal, soya nuggets, curd, paneer etc in every meal to increase protein intake. take frequent meals and atleast 3 glasses of milk everyday.
