Multiple congenital anomalies are often found in children who have some sort of congenital anomalies. A broad clinical examination takes care of most of the external features. Behavioural features like passing urine, stool and tolerating feed without vomiting clarify even further. Most often ultrasonography is the investigation used for the rest and the study of internal organs including the brain. Echocardiography will be able to rule out any congenital malformation in the heart. Hearing test and eye screening are also required and these are possible to be done even in a child of one month of age. Please get in touch with your pediatrician and he will guide you further about how to get these done.
