Hello, I m wanting to know how common a missed miscarriage is? I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and I feel paranoid. No bleeding or cramping. I won t get to check for a heartbeat until I m 12 weeks. I m just wondering what the chances are that the baby would not be there or have a heartbeat?
