What s the best diet for a human being? A documentary I watched made the case that it s mostly plant based nutrition. The goal being appropriate protein levels and starch levels based on activity levels and the rest is vegetables, fruits or nuts. The starch and protein are preferably plant based but don t always have to be. Is this the best diet or is there something else?
