I need to know if my eating habits are dangerous. Im 17, im 5'8 and am currently 11.5/12 stone. I was 13.5/14 stone in April and its now September and my diet has taken a turn for the worse. When i first started dieting i was eating 1000kcal a day and now ive become so restrictive and im down to 600kcal a day, i eat the same thing EVERYday but its the only way i lose weight. Ive also been on Adios Max diet pills for about 2 months, i used to just be on Adios pills but i wasnt losing weight fast enough so i got the stronger ones. I just want to know if this is some sort of disorder because food controls every second of my life. I have to plan what i eat and know the amount of calories in it and the levels of fat and i dont trust other foods so i stick to my same day diet.
A typical day for me includes: shearded wheat with semi-skinned milk for breakfast, an apple and banana for lunch, and a bowl of porrigde for dinner. I chew half a pack of chewing gum a day becuase it helps suppress my appiete. I just want to know what's wrong (if anything)
