Suggest The Dosage Of Vayarin

vayarin was suggested by my son s doctor. Did a little research and found clinical studies done were successful with a dosage of 200mg. Product that s being sold is only 75mg. How will this show similar results if the dosage is much lower than the results studied. My son is 8.
