Suggest Treatment Chest Pain Upon Pressure Which Radiates To Back
I am experiencing chest pan when I press the chest bone and it also radiates back. Also i have acid problems. I did a chest X ray and the report says Conclusion: Right lower zone para cardiac congestion is seen The cardiac and aortic silhouettes are normal. The pleural spaces are clear. No hilar or mediastinal mass is seen. Domes of diaphragm are normal in position and contour. No skeletal abnormality seen. Also I did the 2D echo of the heart which is perfectly normal. What does this mean

I really appreciate your concern, chances of hyperacidity is very likely and this can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time and this need to be continued for at least four weeks, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
