Suggest Treatment For 90% Blockage In Heart With 20% Heart Function

Hi, My husband is 49 years old. He has 15-20 % function of his heart. He has a trach and a PEGG tube. He also has blood clots in his heart, 90% blockage and I was told he is too weak to be a candidate for any surgery. Also, not a candidate for a transplant or implant. He was using drugs: Heroin, cocaine and meth. We had split up and now I know it was because he was covering his drug use. The Dr s in hospital are not being straight forward with me. I need to know his prognosis. I m not holding anyone to a definite time frame or anything but I need to know what I m really dealing with because from where I m standing it s not looking too good for him. I need to prepare myself for what s to come.
