Suggest Treatment For ADHD

Hi, I was curious as to go about getting help with adhd. I m not a fan of taking medication but it seems as tho I need to try something. I work in a sales environment and I m finding myself becoming less productive and afraid that I will end up losing my job. Any ideas?

Medical treatment includes cognition enhancing drugs and central nervous system stimulants.In case you would like to start with non medical measures, the following approaches will be useful. Support group, cognitive behavioral therapy, anger management, counselling psychology, psychoeducation, family therapy and applied behavior analysis are some of the non medical measures.
