Suggest Treatment For ADHD

I was diagnosed with ADHD a couple months ago and have been taking my daily dose (25 mg extended release) during sexual intercorse my left testy went up onto my pelvic bone, I didn t notice it until I finished but as soon as I did notice it I just pushed it back down not to much pain, it felt like I got tapped on the sack. About a month passed. During that month I got hit in the left testy twice pretty hard, it didn t do anything abnormal then. But now a month or so later my left testy is way higher than my right (it wasn t like that before) just started happening a couple weeks ago... actually all my worrying and enxiaty started happening when I was prescribed the XR a couple weeks ago. But as I was saying my left testy is allway higher than my right like it s hugging my pubic bone. I keep worrying if im going to get testicular torsion or like my right nut is going to try and do a flip flop to the other side, I m also worried about my (mostly my left nut) doing a flip or something and having the sperm cord rapped around it. I m asking this question because I m not sure if I m just worrying about it to much. Or it s a real thing I should worry about. Or like with any other side affect of ADHD medication it will go away gradually?

Hello,

It may not be easy to treat ADHD in kids and teenagers. If ADHD remains incompletely treated, it does a toll on child's self-esteem also & too many times, in a desire to get noticed, get some appreciation, the child engages into undesirable behaviors which are at present your main concern.

There are medications which can be used and include methylphenidate or atomoxetine.

As a part of parent-teacher management, we can engage in the token economy, contingency management, role plays, time out, etc. which are taught by Psychologist to both the parents & teachers in school.
