Suggest Treatment For ADHD

Yes, I have a grandson who is out of control at times. The doctor says he is ADHD. They have him on meds. He still is so hyper, he does not listen, his parents yell at him. And, he cannot control his emotions what so ever. What can be done for this child. He is so smart, yet he is extremely impulsive as well.

what is the age of your grandson . there are few options available among medicines which are used to treat ADHD. like methylphenidate,atomoxetine, clonidine etc any of the above drugs can be given according to your grandson s profile. in addition you can channelise your grandson s energy into some productive work like painting ,drawing etc it will help to reduce his hyperactivity
