Suggest Treatment For Crohn S Disease Along With Ulcerative Colitis

I have chronans and ulcerative colitis, I was on humeria injections but was allergic to it. I am know back on Immuran and Pantasia but feel tired. Is there a better way. I also have fistulla which has had 5 operations. They tell me the medication is to prevent the fistula coming back. The chronans and colitis feel in remition. what is your opinion?
