JUST WONDER WHAT YOUR TAKE IS OF THE SITUATION? THANK -YOU
Good day! I'm sorry you are experiencing such confusing symptoms, hopefully we can work to clear some things up so you can feel more confident and comfortable! Diarrhea in and of itself in a Crones patient is not uncommon, even if well treated and your ostomy is no longer needed and reversed. The worry comes if there is pain associated with the Crones, and or blood on stool presentation. If not keep yourself hydrated. I believe as a Crones patient (I myself suffer from Ulcerative Colitis) that you may experience both periods of Diarrhea and constipation for some time in the future, with periods of remittance (where the symptoms go away) and relapse (Where they reoccur). I hope these answers serve helpful to you, and that you can feel confident that nothing necessarily is wrong, and that you are being strong and treating your body well.
