Suggest Treatment For H.pylori

Hi I am 37 yrs old,have been suffering from Acid reflux from past 2 months,Doctor suspected H.pylori and gave me antibiotics-Clarithromysin 500 mg,but symptoms are still there.......did an endoscopy........stomach inflammation is there,biopsy results are waited,what is the best treatment to get rid of H.pylori...?

Hi..

Thanks for contacting HCM for health query..

You are 37 years old suffering for acid peptic disease.has underwent endoscopy with biopsy done and results awaited..

If I have a patient like this in my outpatient department I would eradicate H.pylori by using a combo pack of clarithromycin ,amoxycillin and metronidazole for a week.

You need to meet a physician in person and follow as per his advice.

As a management at home include probiotics like curd in your diet,take small split frequent bland food.
