Hi, I Have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) since Six months, I didnt take any medicine up to now.

Which Ayurvedic medicine should I use to cure this?

Can I use Diarex (Himalaya Drug Company's)? If yes, what would be the dosage and etc.



Please suggest me, so that I can have paramanent cure.
