Pediatrician 's  Response
Osteogenesis imperfecta or the brittle bone disease is a genetic disorder, life long problem with as such no 'cure'. But child is helped by extra calcium, Vitamin D and a medicine that is used for adult osteoporosis. that may be once a month oral or yearly intravenous injection.
You should consult Pediatrician or if you plan to visit some bigger city see Genetic disorder specialist, parents also need genetic counselling.
