Suggest Treatment For PCOS With Miscarriage

Im a 25 year old and so far ive had two pregnancies first when i was 20. My son was born natually but prematurely at 32 weeks due to he had stopped growing inside the womb even though scans had shown the cord was fine. My second pregnancy was two years later and i found out at my 20 week scan that i would need a ceasearean due to that the placenta had grown across the cervix totally blocking it. I was told not to do anything strenious and any sign of bleeding to go straight to hospital. At 28 weeks i started to haemorrage and had an emergency ceasearean of cause the baby died at birth. My question is are both pregnancies connected and if so could i prevent that happening a third time. I also have PCOS my only sympton is i only have two periods a year. My weight is normal at 58kg for my 164cm height
