Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Hi, I am 36 years with 2 children. The second baby is 5 years. My initial weight was 57 kgs with ups and downs during delivery. I did rope skiping and reduced my weight to 61 kgs post delivery. Now I am slowly putting on weight. Now my weight is 64.5 kgs.

I have mild bilateral poly cystic overies diagnosised last year. These days I am not able to do rope skippiing because my knee pains. Please help me what do I do now. I have no other symptoms like irregular periods, excessive hair.
