Suggest Treatment For POCS

I m safia,from Pakistan, I want to ask,,lst year in march after 13 mnth of my marriage I got pregnet,,but in my first altrasound that my dr suggest me in the 2nd week of may,,,it was showing only 5 weeks n 6 days,,but according to dr that must of 8weeks,, n nxt Thursday I started bleeding,,n incomplete abortion took place,, now as this is the mnth ov april,,n 1 yar has passed,,i didn t conceive and my w8 has got increased n my breast size is increasing from 34 to 38 n last mnth in my ultrasound I dignosed with POCs,

Hi,

Weight can increase in PCOS. Hence reducing weight itself will improve your ovulation and regularise period. If cycles are not regularly getting a checkup with a gynaecologist for medication. Modify your diet and start exercising.
