Hi,

Both disorders are treated with regular psychiatrist consultation with cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy and aversion therapy etc.

Drugs like antidepressants, anxiolytic and SSRI are useful.

Along with that regular exercise and yoga may useful.

If symptoms not improved need to consult your psychiatrist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
