Suggest Treatment For TB In An Infant

Hi, My 9 months daughter has been undergo a minor operation after we discover with left supraclavicular lymphnode enlargement. Biopsy of supraclavicular node done on 5 Feb 2016. Post operative recovery uneventhful. HPE confirms TB infection from BCG Vaccines shot received one day after born. TB Culture was taken but the results are still pendingr. Her biopsy site fully healed , however new skin lesions noted at the vaccination site suggestive of active infection.Peaditrition give :pyzina 240mg / 2.4ml, Rifampicin (rifasynt) 80mg/2ml and Isoniazid 80mg/2ml Appreciate your feedback..many thanks inadvance From Lina, Mother to Nayli Tihani

The treatment given to you is correct and you should follow it ardently. TB takes time to go away some times, it can take around 6-9 months, so be patient.
